got this off a friend's blog


INCIDENT 1

A little boy died because surgeons found ants in his brain! Apparently this boy had fell asleep with some sweets in his mouth or with some sweet stuff beside him. Ants soon got to him and some ants in fact crawled into his ear which somehow managed to go to his brain.

When he woke up, he did not realize that ants had gone to his head. After that, he constantly complains about itchiness around his face. His mother brought him to see a doctor but the doctor could not figure out what was wrong with him. He took an X-ray of the boy and to his horror, he found a group of live ants in his skull. Since the ants are still alive, the doctor could not operate on him because the ants are constantly moving about. The boy at last died.

So please be careful when leaving food stuff beside your bed or when eating in bed. This might attract ants. Most importantly, NEVER eat a sweet before going to bed. You might fall asleep and suffer same fate as the little boy.



INCIDENT 2

Another similar incident happened in the hospital in Taiwan. This man was warded in the hospital and was constantly warned by the nurses not to leave food stuff by his bedside for there are ants about. He did not heed their advice. Ants finally got to him.

His family members said that the man constantly complained about headaches. He died and a post mortem or autopsy was done on him. Doctors found a group of live ants in his head. Apparently, the ants had been eating bits of his brain.

ok here's the update on my trip!

DAY 1
took the same flight as fann wong
haha
jerz was whispering and pointing to a gal walking towards us
i looked at her and asked him
your friend huh
he was like NO!!
it's fann wong!
wahhahaha
i couldn't recognise her at all!
he went and got her autograph
that goonz
took a 6 and a half hr flight to beijing
was queueing behind fann wong again
smthing funny happened
our queue was pratically stuck
so she went to a shorter queue
but then someone told her that that was not the queue
so she had to come back
and then she said to me
sorry i had to come back
i was smile smile
whahahaha


got out of the airport
it was freezing!!
damn cold!!
first place we went to was some square
then to the forbidden city
the summer palace
then to hard rock cafe for lunch
after lunch we went to some shop to buy pearls
the rest of the people went down


we stayed in the bus and slpt
i was damn slpy coz i did not sleep on the plane
i was watching love actually the RA version
sidetrack a lil
the 10th story that they took out actually didn't affect much of the show
it was still nice without it
anyway back to beijing
went for dinner
tried tea, eeeewwwww
not nice!
the dinner was horrible too
all veg and mushrooms...


went to the hotel after
damn nice hotel

DAY 2
had to wake up damn early
615!!
packed a bag coz we were going to another hotel
going skiing the next day
walked out and found out IT WAS SNOWING!!!
omg!!! the last time i saw snow was when i was like 3 yrs old
everywhere was covered in snow!
wahahhaa
so cool!!
went to the great wall
too slippery to climb
the view was so pretty coz everything was white
we were throwing snow at each other
wahhaha
after the great wall
btw
toilets there STINK!!
they stink bad!
some dun even have doors
wahahah
after lunch went to look at the ming tombs
seriously
i dunno what's the big deal abt it
hahaha



DAY 3
woke up early and went to the ski resort!
it was still snowing
omg
skiing was fun!!
ken was like sliding into me at the top of the slope!
walao it was scary coz i was afraid he'd push me down
and i wasn't even prepared to go down!
luckily the guy helped untangle us
wahahha
our ski suits were RED
imagine 5 red idiots!
we were so outstanding!
hahah our tour group were like saying
wah they are so cute
so red
...
anyway, skiing is fun
i'll do it again sometime
they say we'll go for a holiday
just to ski!
WEET!
watched an acrobatic show at night
quite cool



DAY 4
we went to tianjing this morning
there was this family of 15 that did not go along
so we had so much more space in the bus!
it was fucking cold
the guide said it gets colder when the snow is melting
haha
bought some gourds for jane val mel haan jason and an extra one for anyone i missed out
then magnetic bracelets for doreen and rita coz they asked me to buy it for them
chopsticks for val and jane too
then it got too cold we went back to the bus
then we went to try goboli paus
wahhahahaha
the name's damn funny!
it's like xiao long pau
nice nice!
walked ard, bought some foodstuff for the colleagues
then dinner and then shopping!
expected to buy some clothes
but they were selling winter clothes everywhere
ended up buying a dvd and cds for doreen's daughter



DAY 5
it's christmas
i gave jn and jame their present
gave them the teva slippers and a lil pouch
it was snowing a lil
went to some underground city
they said it's double the length of the great wall
bought a silk blanket!
one for each of us
wahhaha
damn ex but so nice!!
1200 yuan, which equals to abt 240 bucks!
then we went to see mao's crystal coffin
omg i didn't know he was being preserved
and his real body was inside the coffin!
boring place...


had beijing roast duck for lucch
damn nice but so oily!
after lunch we went to some garden
everything's beginning to look alike
the similar designs of the structures
snow covering everything
lol
walked a lot
then we went to some fengshui place
boring...
then foot massage!
omg i thought it was gonna be nice
but it was damn fucking painful!!
i kept telling the guy to be gentle
he laughed and said he wasn't even using strength...
kept asking me to relax
how to relax when it's so damn fucking painful!!
but it was good after coz my legs felt nice
hahaha



DAY 6
went to a lama temple today
lama, not llama the animal
wahahha
not interested in these buddhist stuff
so we didn't walk ard
then went to the small streets of beijing
wahhahahah
so run down!!!!!!!!

and quite narrow too!
can't imagine myself living there!


went to some garden
looked like the one we went to yesterday!

had lunch
then we went to the temple of heaven
ok la
as usual everything's looking the same to me already
hahaha
then we went shopping!
bought more dvds
wanted to get an esprit watch
but mum said not to
it's cheaper in singapore



DAY 7
last day...
quite sad
went to some shopping centre that looks like far east
so many shops!
you had to bargain there
coz they mark up the prices like crazy
i bought lots of stickers there, less than 1 buck
2 spongebob boxers, 1.50 each
4 bottles of nail polish, also 1.50 each
a black cardigan, 12 bucks
a laser pointer, 1 buck
lighters, 2 bucks each
wahahha
not bad huh!
clothes there not really nice
so i didn't get any


went to the airport after
watched bourne identity and supremacy
so nice!!!!
didn't know the show was that good
caught a lil of elf, and also love actually
then we were in singapore!
i missed home!
i hated the people there
they were so damn rude!
felt like boxing their faces


so that's like a short summary of my trip

today was a baaad day
was feeling so letargic
left work at 2
came home and went into coma for like 3 hrs
am having a fever


just got back frm the doc's
he told me i have mild bronchitis
like what the hell...
fever of 38.5 deg cel
inflamed throat
blocked nose
constricted chest
phlegmy cough
...
i got 6 kinds of medicine
1 of which is a bottle of cough syrup
i wanna get well before i go to china
so i have no choice
he didn't give me the usual brown coloured cough syrup
coz i asked him not to
he gave me this green coloured one
said it tasted like peppermint
i'll know later when i try it
omg omg omg
sure hope i dun puke it all out!
shall prepare a cup of milo to kill the taste!


thank gdness i don't have to work tmr
i'll just die if i have to work
rest the whole of tmr
clean my room
maybe change my sheets if i'm up to it
if not i'll do it on monday

then to work

took the car

so the 3 of us ended up at coffeebean
haan stupidly poured all the syrup into my iced tea
it was so damn sweet!
we saw this woman who was smking
and she looked high

he was hilarious!
after that he went to chomps to get food
then he drove himself back
and now i'm home


hopefully we finish everything tmr
then i dun have to go back to work on fri
then i can clear my room
and pack my stuff for china

i'm waiting for 845
b4 i was the dye off my hair
yes i'm colouring my hair again
this time DARK brown
i made sure coz mum said the colour was nice

and since i'm sick of it being so brown all the time
i'm going dark this time
hopefully it turns out nice


went to work
it was ok
our new classroom is huge!
we have 7 corners!
nurul took over our old classroom
and we are taking the k2's one
arranged the corners
put up the kids' work
then i went to amk to meet mum
she wanted to get a new mobile
but in the end she's gonna wait till the 17th
so she can upgrade and save a hundred bucks


went to jack's place for dinner
ken went to meet us there
i was full
but i still ate!
i'm gonna balloon really soon...

during dinner i saw him trying to push smthing to the side
then after dinner
when our plates had been cleared

came in damn useful
we were trying to find our way to klcc
we did by chance
when we turned into the carpark

happily parked the huge car!
yes it was huge!
went to look for a hotel to stay
went back shopping
we combed all 6 (or was it 7?) floors of the shopping centre!
i bought a roxy tee, notebooks, and some small bags
went to the hotel
then went for seafood dinner
wahahahh it was so funny
we were laughing like mad
went back to the hotel showered and slpt


day 2(last day)

went to a coffeeshop

then we left


basically that was my day
not in detail of coz

there'll be lots of stuff to blog

i'm happy!
so darn happy!
my assignment's handed in!
i'm free!
at least till jan
that's when my next class starts.
jane came and picked my up
went to submit our assignment together
then she dropped me off at gardens
zena darren and haan were playing tennis
and the ground was wet
i sat at one side and watched them play
i did not want to get wet
it was drizzling too
after tennis
took a cab down to tiong bahru
simon rented a car
we are going kl tmr!
wahahha
like shiok!
but i'm so pissed with mum
she's like

she just can't stop calling
and telling me to be careful
and that it's not safe
and she doesn't tell me nicely
she uses that fucking irritating tone
that the more i talk to her
the more i wanna ask her to shut up
yes i'm rude
but this has been going on for DAYS!
not only coz of kl
but over small trivial stuff
i'm going crazy
so much so i don't even want to speak to her
unless i need to
it's just irritating
and she's so getting on my nerves!


i bought a pair of teva slippers

since she likes them so much
i'm home now
and i'm gonna slp!

drove down to gardens

after a while i realised i should have asked haan out

asked him to join us

i am fucking tired!
i was supposed to slp early last night
ok
2 plus wasn't that late
but i woke up at 7 this morning
showered
got my stuff ready
called zena at 8
then i left my hse
met melvin and jason in gardens
called haan at 830
ended up they were all late
so melvil jason and i started playing tennis first
hahaha it was a ball picking session
at first
then it got better
haan came with his bro
then zena came with darren
played for 2 hrs
then we left


went down to amk
booked badminton courts
then went for lunch
i was so full but i ate a little
zena went off for lunch with her mum
dunno why darren did not go with her
wahhaa
bro after all
played badminton with jason melvin darren and tim
argh!
i am freaking tired!
darren left after tennis
tim dropped us at my place
showered
jason tried to slp
but couldn't
hahaha
mel and i were watching slam dunk
they were doing disgusting things with my 'mogu' pillow

i totally forgot today's wed
i am supposed to go for aerobics
but i doubt i can find the energy
after 4 hrs today
