valerie, who went to china to wrk, we were so sad
zena, a yearly thing since she went to aussie for studies 2 yrs ago
my k2 kiddos, whom i've been with for 2 yrs, my oldest batch of kids, hope they excel in pri sch!

Missed anyone:
miss KJV, J started her own family, lifestyle has changed, can't hang out so often anymore. V's in china, K(that's me) leading a boring life. haha
miss dad, still do after 11 yrs
miss my kids, after the long holiday

family will be there for you, no matter what
you can fit into more clothes when you are not that fat (wahahah)
exercise makes you high! at least it does, for me

FRIDAY, 30th DEC

the year's coming to an end
i can say on the whole, it's been a good year for me
why? i just feel that it's been good

while rearranging stuff in my cupboard last night
i cane upon the photo album with genting pics which val gave me
i can't imagine i looked so different 1 and a half yrs ago
showed it to mum
she said that even though i was really fat, i was still pretty
trust mums to say stuff like that
hahah they always think the best of their daughters

i don't ever wanna be that fat again
it's so hard to find stuff that fit
which is prolly why i started doing more shopping this year
coz i realised i could fit into more stuff
my wardrobe's bursting, wallet's empty, but i'm happy

jan and jamie are coming over later
gonna watch movies!
2 days to new year
3 days before work starts
and erm, almost a mth till chinese new year
i can't wait!

plans for new year's eve?
not too sure yet
since i'm rather friendless here in sg
and it's been yonks since i contacted the guys
so i'm not sure!
heh
either way, it's gonna be a brand new year!

THURSDAY, 29th DEC

i think i fell aslp at 10 last night!
i was just so tired

yest was a fruitful day
after doing up my stuff at wrk, i headed down to town
it was bloody crowded!
walked to isetan, closed for private sale
fuck!
went to taka to check smthing out for rita
after that i walked passed isetan in wisma
eh, opened to public, so i went in
why isetan? coz it has the top i am looking for
bought that top plus another one
both black
can't expect me to wear red ya?
at least i know i'll wear them even after cny!
damage was abt $37 for 2 tops
the one i saw at forever21 was $33
ha ha ha! and i like these better!
wooo

went to body shop to look for mum's stuff, but they didn't have it on the shelves
so i went to toa payoh
wanted to eat chwee kuey
went to the body shop there, and ....
they told me the promotion is over
so mum didn't want them in the end
bought 6 chwee kueys, 3 for each of us
then chicken pao for her, siew mai for ken
then i itchy backside walked into the watch shop
lol tried on the watch which i was eyeing in the plane
IT WAS SO NICE!
decided to buy it in the end

pak pak could have gotten it at $149 on the plane
and he can get it again for me
but i can't wait!
besides i only paid $156 after 20% off
that's like $7 more only


my watch!

now you know why yest was a fruitful day
now all i can hope is i don't wear my tops out before cny
got my whole outfit planned already
wahahahah
power ya!

WEDNESDAY, 28th DEC

ok, i think i better update a bit
haha

kota kinabalu was OK only
why?
coz our flight there got delayed
i had one of my worst train rides ever there
we had food poisoning
our flight back was delayed
BEAT THAT SUCKERS!
it really sucked big time
but putting all those aside
it was quite fun

rafting was so exciting!
my damn guide wanted to push me into the water la
that llama!
haha, but luckily he held on to my life jacket a few times
if not i'd have fallen in

island hopping was even more fun
we went snorkling
i saw this beautiful fish!
it was so colourful, and all neon colours!
went parasailing
lol we wanted to go individually but the guide said that we were too light
WAHAHHA imagine someone telling me i was too light!?
only jerz managed to go alone
it was fun, i went with jan
we kept getting dunked in the water!
all coz the rest were telling the guides to do it for us!
waaaah, cold!
after parasailing, we went for the banana boat
that was the most fun!
we couldn't stop laughing and screaming!
hahaha, and it required alot of teamwork and balance
hahahaha
watching each other trying to get back on the boat was hilarious!
LOLLOLLOL it's like butt up in the air!

that's kinda all for KK coz after the island hopping day
we had food poisoning
i managed to get out of the hotel to by myself a pair of nike dumbells though
2lbs per side
won't go back again


went back to wrk yest
did up some stuff then went gardens for lunch
work again today, lib first then wrk
then after wrk i'm going CNY top shopping
i already have my jeans to wear
but i need a proper top
hope i can find it
and hope i can wait till cny to wear it
and hope i still like it when cny comes
that's the biggest worry
me not liking it when cny comes
hahaha

i finally got out of the hse
ok fine, i got out of the hse already yesterday
went to get my swimming costume
and thank goodness i managed to find one
i can now squeeze my fat self into a normal sized one
instead of going to marks and spencer to get those for plus sized women
wahahha
it was cheap too!
$59.90
the cheapest one i've got in YEARS!

went to watch the lion, the witch and the wardrobe today
met jan at 11 plus
went to wheelock's sakae for sushi!
i was so full after that!
jan bought a pair of shoes
i was good, i didn't buy anything!
cept lots of food
wahahah
so pig man...
we were FREEZING in the theatre!
smart ass, didn't want to bring jacket
so damn freaking cold!

anyway the show was really really good!
it was just like the book
but coz i watched the cartoon
the characters were different
hahaha

now i can't wait to leave for kk
it's gonna be seafood every night!
and i can wear my new swimming costume!
haha

8th dec
touched down in LA
i slpt quite a lot in the plane
managed to watch initial d again, and kung fu mahjong, which was really funny!
skeleton key was scary, but not bad
took a bus to our hotel
was supposed to share a room with grandma, but i got jerz as my roommate!
yayness!
went to the supermarket for a walk, had lunch at a vietnam restuarant
the chocs selection at the supermarket was HUGE!
all my REESE!!
hahaha
ice cream there is dirt cheap too!
ben & jerrys, haagen daaz, drooling sia!
they sell pizza, huge ones with lots of toppings!
corn dogs, HUGE bags of chips
i think if i stayed there, i'd be fucking fat!
dinner was KFC
went to starbucks after that
their white chocolate mocha is good!
weather's very cold so i took it hot
was awake at 330am coz of the jet lag

9th Dec
breakfast was disappointing but at least there was eggs
their water tastes horrible!
i'm just not used to it. gimme sg's water anytime!

10th Dec

the cute car in our hotel lobby
DISNEYLAND today!
woke up really early, at 6!
went for breakfast, then took a short bus ride there
reached at ard 715am and there was a queue already!
it only opens at 8!
crazy man
at 8am sharp we went in
was welcomed by the band! woo
saw alice in wonderland

we took indiana jones, a fast truck ride
then went for pirates of the carribean, a slow boat ride
then to splash mountain, a semi wet ride
then we went over to california adventure, another themepark together with disneyland
went for the rubber raft ride
that one i got soaked!!!

i went for it twice! wooooo
i even went for the free fall ride
i dare not at first
so jan jamie and sheryl went first
then they said it was quite ok, so i went with them again with ken
my heart nearly got left at the top!

it was quite scary at first, but not so bad after
it gets dark really quickly during winter

they sold cheeros, damn nice to eat
you can get them in sg too though

i think this was the ride it's a small world
the queue was too long so we didn't go for it
can queue for up to an hour!
we queued for one, and that was the last ride we took, some roller coaster ride
went to watch the christmas parade
saw lots of disney characters!
all the princesses were so pretty!
as it was dark and they were all moving, i didn't manage to get a nice pic with my digi cam
had to use the old school kinda cam
after the parade, the adults wanted to go back
they didn't want to watch the fireworks!
so in the eng, jan jamie ken leng and i stayed
the tour guide told us that if we wanted a good spot, we had to go early
even 1 hr before it starts, the good spots are packed already
since we were so tired, we went to sit directly in front of the castle
one of the good spots. sat there for more than 2 hrs, and boy was it cold!
super cold!
the fireworks was NICE!

managed to snap some
the best fireworks i've seen
got caught in a human traffic jam after that!
and we were so afraid that we would miss our bus
i squeezed to create way for us, ran to the bus!
luckily we got on it.
stupid jan and ken lagged behind, they thought they lost us!
hahaha ken could even tell jan, eh let's go to the restroom first
there we were worrying for them, and ken wants the restroom
tired day for us!

11th Dec
went to the factory outlets
so different from what i thought!
as states is very strict about copyrights
those were REAL STUFF!
just past seasons
there was guess, gap, coach, timberland, levis (selling so cheap), quiksilver, polo ralph, reebok (hotter than our nike, but nike still rawks for me), ninewest, and lots more la!

took a bumpy ride to laughlin, near las vegas
staying there for 1 night then off we go to las vegas
dinner was buffet style
I HAD A LOT OF COLD PRAWNS!

had to wake up at 430am the next day for the grand canyon

12th Dec, 13th Dec
took a 4hr journey to the grand canyon
it was worth it la

our hotel is fell of jackpots!

went to the valley of fire today
VERY COLD!
i was freezing!

took a domestic flight to san francisco
went to fisherman's wharf
had lunch there, the seafood is power!
crabs, oysters, clam chowder, seafood platter
how i wish i can eat them again!
went for a walk there
