me to church today

still haven't had the chance to take pics of my new buys
on fri i went out with cara after wrk
i bought a green top from f21
a all over face brush from TBS sales
a matte t-zone cream from TFS
last time of spending for this mth

the 2 of us were in this shop trying shoes
smthing funny happened
the salesgirl told me this "similar"
my immediate reaction was to look at cara's shoes
then i thought siao! they are totally NOT smiliar! so damn diff la, why on earth did she tell me similar
then i kinda saw where she was pointing
and then that's when i started laughing and couldn't stop
realised she actaully meant see mirror, which she said as "see millar"
cara said she bet the salesgirl doesn't even know the word similar
i really laughed hard!
was still laughing when we left MS and went over to suntec to take a bus
gosh... it was just so funny!

this week's a short one for me
getting tues off coz it's hari raya
fri and next mon off coz of our concert which is on sat
so i get a super long weekend!
it's all good good good

OH AND MY AUST TRIP IS CONFIRMED!!
will be leaving on the 11th of dec, and back again on the 24th
omg i am so happy!
i was squealing with jan in church just now
we are all damn happy!

one more update, celebrated zac and ash's bday yest
there was a mini party at their place
i really can't describe how much i love the 2 of them
i really really love them man!
GOSH I LOVE THEM!

will do a pic update of my stuff when i'm not lazy

i just got back from watching the departed with jan and jamie
overall i'd say, good show!
makes me wanna watch infernal affairs, which is showing on sun
hope i don't forget to watch it

i've been spending waaaaay too much these few days!
after buying my metallic bronze eyeliner on wed, i ended up with 2 new colours today!
solid gold and lime green!
here are all the diff colours i have

i ended up buying them!
even though i wanted a pair of higher heels, this pair was not bad
it's just a bit shorter than my polka dotted heels


it was $35 IIRC, but coz i used my uob card to sign, it became $31.50
10% off! didn't have to wait for my aunt's card to get my shoes!
yayness, i finally have my black pair of heels!

i bought the bronze eyeliner yest coz i liked my blue and green one so much!
anyway, i just love how apricot pink turns out on my cheeks!
really a good investment!
next makeup item on my list on wants is the stila lipglaze set
then followed by another paint from MAC
plus a nice lipglass shade from MAC too
i'm soon becoming a MAC convert!

i am seriously thinking about boycotting ALL libraries
on sat i borrowed a book from the lib
when i read it, i found that many pages were torn!
so today when i went to return the book, i went to the counter and told them about the torn pages
the bitch asked if i checked the book before i borrowed
faint... i do not do that at all in the first place!
i mean, no one i know does that
all they do is choose the book they want then borrow it...
so well... the bitch kinda accused me of tearing it
WTF!
then she asked for my name and hp no coz the book was not from bishan lib but sengkang's lib and they needed to "investigate"
investigate what?!?!??
I DID NOT TEAR THE FUCKING BOOK!
here i am doing a good deed, there i am being under investigation
fuck man... i could have always just returned the book without reporting about the torn pages
they wouldn't know who borrowed it once i've returned it
it really doesn't pay to be nice...

anyway, i'm putting on lots of tummy weight
it's disgusting i say
i look like i'm in the early stages of pregnancy...
wonder what can i do to stop it
the rest of my body is fine
i lose any more weight and my face is gonna disappear
i think i will disappear!
the only parts that remain will be my TUMMY and my thighs
hahaha
disgusting thought!

off to read my book
still pissed at the bitch from the lib
i so wanted to slap her face...
thurs tmr, then fri then SAT!

i had a good shopping trip today
got almost everything on my list cept my black pair of heels!
i think i'm gonna get that from charles & keith another day
give myself more time to look for a nice pair

tried the cheesy pocket thing and the cheesy popcorn chicken from KFC today
it was yummy!! if you like cheese that is
luckily jan and i didn't get the cheese fries as well, it would have been cheese overload!
i have to rant abt KFC's fries
walao eh... they look like i have no idea what!!
haven't they heard of the term golden brown!?
the fries were damn pale...
but since we were hungry, we ate them
since i'm still on food, shall blog about the fried mars bars at FEP
i have been hearing people tell me that it's damn nice, but i haven't had the chance to eat it
either i'm too full, or i don't feel like eating, or there's no one to share it with me
today jan and i decided that we had to try it!
it was GOOD!!
super nice nice nice nice!
1 portion's definitely too much for a person
just nice when shared with another

onto my shopping!
f21 was boring, i didn't manage to find anything nice AT ALL!

i bought my ZA limited edition foundation set


MAC apricot pink full sized pigment
decided to get this coz it can double up as a nice blusher as well
plus of coz, used in lipglosses, and my fav, used as e/s!
1 small tub can really last a damn long time though...


remember a few days ago i mentioned that i got a top frm yahoo auctions
i saw a 99% similar one to the one i have in topshop!
the topshop one has lots of prints on it, and it was going for $79 if i'm wrong
mine was only like $22..

paired it with my black tights, and i had to go hunt for an elastic belt coz i absolutely looked pregnant in it without the belt!

i'm still thinking of my amk one, the one which mum said wasn't nice...
i still like them... how how

anyway total damage to the pocket today = $88.25!
wooo hooo!
broke but of coz i'm happy, even though i didn't manage to find nice tops and my black heels
straight home from work everyday from now till i'm a lil less broke!
can't spend unnecessarily now
haha

i decided to get 2 earrings from an online website
even though i'm always wearing my diamond hoops and hearly wear the earrings that i bought in the past

went to lot 1 for dinner with mum
had my ban mian
i was hungry despite me eating a FULL bowl of fried rice earlier in the day
i'm feeling so bloated now

wanna rave abt my ZA cutie curl vol mascara!
it's really damn good and makes my lashes really full!
let's see how it's like after a mth
lot 1 had a seiyu, i bought 2 eyeliners
been wanting a blue and green eye liner for when i apply green and blue e/s
20% off!
now i've got them to add on to my existing pink, sliver and purple ones
hardly use my black coz i'm more into colours now!

feeling awfully fat now
thank goodness i have kickboxing tmr!
at least i get some exercise!

to add on to what i said earlier
i woke up damn late this morning
usually up at 540am, shower at 550am
change makeup surf the net till 650am
leave for wrk by latest 655am

this has been my routine for the past few weeks
or at least ever since term 4
i go early to do my stuff so i can leave immediately after wrk
don't have to stay back

this morning however, dunno what made me turn off all my alarms when they rang, and then go back to slp!
i slpt till 630!!!
ahaha imagine my shock when i woke up!!
i could still dream!!
1st dream, dreamt that i was late for a function
2nd dream, i dreamt that i was late for work
hahahahaha
2 dreams... all about being late

well, i was still early in the end, just 10 mins later than usual
i got ready in record time!
left the hse at 7

will make sure that what happened this morning will not repeat itself again!
lol
i hate rushing! that's why i'm almost always ready before i'm supposed to leave
still can have time to do other stuff

this is the 2nd time smthing like that has happened to me!
in more than 3 yrs!

on mon i wanted to get my ZA cutie curl vol mascara from watsons
then i decided against it coz i wanted to wait for the 20% off
luckily i didn't get it that day!
i got it from j8 today, seiyu was having 20% off

tried it out, and it's good!
no wonder so many people are raving about it!
hopefully this will remain good till the end!
then i don't have to keep searching for a good and cheap mascara

bidded for an oversized top on yahoo auctions
won it and hopefully it's as nice as it looks on the model
who btw is thin

i'm back from tennis with mum
jamie couldn't make it today so we cancelled the lesson
played with mum instead
i was so tired after the 1 hr!
i haven't had exercise since more than a week ago
rusty?

it was chdn's day yest
i gave zac and ash a goodie bag each
they were damn cute!
since it was a holiday today, i stayed home
had a good rest
played ro in the morning
then noon i went to the bank to change my bankbook
i was at my last page already

di called me to teach me how to use his priest
it's so much more fun to use than my dumb rogue!!
but so many things to press and all i could think of was him yelling
"JIE DON'T DIE AH!! my exp doesn't come easy!!"
hahaha
was so stressful!!

anyway the queue at the bank was horrible!
how come all these people do not have to work?!
asked them if i could change my atm card since the top layer was peeling off
the lady asked if i wanted to change to the GO card
works just like an atm card, but i can sign for purchases
can't use it for internet purchases though
i agreed since i hardly use my POSB acct cept for IB
online purchases and everyday use i have my UOB mini debit card
but this GO card is very nice!

went and bought lunch then came home and played ro again
napped then went for tennis

it's back to work again tomorrow
looking foward to the 24th coz it's another holiday!

oh and either sat or sun i'll be going shopping with jan!
yayness! i need my retail therapy
i had my eyes set on a pair of black shoes today
amk has quite a number of shops selling nice shoes
i'm falling in love with heels!
can't get enough of them even though i only have 1 so far
shall scout ard for a better pair, and if i don't find one, i'll settle for the one i saw today

gee, i think the last time i updated was like damn long ago!!
i've been getting really really lazy!

was sick 3/5 of last week
mon - wed i was like zzzzzz
couldn't even go for exercise

thurs went to eat kenny rogers with mum and ken
bought my external hard drive after that
i was so desperate to back up my stuff coz i think my com's gonna die VERY soon
80 gb for $149
ken said it was a good deal

friday was children's day party at sch
i went on a chicken nugget frenzy!
i think i ate like more than 10 nuggets
then had a family dinner at forture seafood restaurant
we heard fortune. wth is forture anyway?!?
dinner was so so, but coz after wrk i went to marine square with my colleague
walked and stood so much
i was so hungry at dinner
so despite the food being so so only, i ate a lot!

sat, went to novena square with mum to meet auntie lena
she bought 4 diff types of timtams from aust for us!
actually i'll be the only one eating it la
fat assed...
this guy from california fitness kept approaching me to go up and listen more abt their progs
zzz
no $$ la!
first time give brochure
second time walked pass him, give namecard
third time, call my name ask me go
faint... give it to me free and i'll go!
for sure!

today, felt damn slack
so wore this to church

after church, went to tampines to see lao ko
i feel sad every time i see her
she's like so helpless, lying there, unable to respond to us
after that went to novena square again coz mum wanted to buy adidas tees for daniel and christopher
my cousins in aust (aunt lena is their mum)
novena has an adidas 'factory outlet'
past season stuff there on sale, at least 30% off
on top of that, using staff disc, can get an additional 30% off
i bought a pink jacket
was deciding between the pink and a green one
but i wanted one that was able to be labelled as a 'nua' jacket
green was too uncomfortable, pink was just nice
so pink it was!
and the good thing is, it's a bit thicker than my grey esprit one
which had btw, become too nua already!
esp after my states trip
haha

i'm feeling damn full now, after eating meepok with a chicken wing this noon
then going to slp after

my weighing machine is running low on batt
so the weight shown there is not accurate
hahah
so it's damn decieving when i weigh myself and i see myself being lighter when i obviously know that i've put on weight after eating like mad for 4 days straight!
gotta stop my nonstop eating
i'm full but i still eat
