spent the day watching yu hee the witch. a korean drama that jane lent me. had wanton mee for breakfast, fried kuey teow and sandwich and some char siew rice for lunch.

in the evening, went over to my grandma's place, then after that i asked my uncle to go to OG so i could buy a watch i've been wanting to get since last year. i dunno why i waited so long before i finally bought it though, hahaha it's so unlike me!


had katong laksa, wanton mee and dumpling soup for dinner. yes i know i'm eating a lot but i shared them with mum, so it's not that bad. went into OG, came out with more panties. hahahha i love the colours of the panties. i already have a yellow, green and a purple one


gonna continue watching my show! no more spending anymore for now. till i get my pay at least! thank goodness the mth is coming to an end already

went out with val and jane last night. met up with jane first, went to buy movie tickets, then i did some shopping.

a cap from adidas. i don't usually wear caps very often but the shape of this cap was v nice. plus it was in my favourite colour!


had a very late dinner at nydc. then val joined us. we went to catch the movie harold and kumar escape from guantamaro bay. it was fucking funny (don't mind my language, coz i think they way the two of them say fuck in the show is hilarious!)
after the movie ended, we ended up at zouk coz val said this is her last night she can go there. she's going back to china next week.

she still had her membership so she managed to get jane and i in free. was at phuture most of the time. i have to admit even though i'm not a fan of music they play at phuture, the music this time round has improved. they used to play disgusting songs before. stayed till the lights came on then shared a cab back.

my chacott finishing powder. it's so huge! my usual loose powder is only 13g, this chacott thing is 170g!! the amount of powder i saw when i opened it was shocking! used it last night and i think it's quite good. can't tell for sure yet

as usual, my mon and tues was spent no differently.

wed was at amk with jane, ate ice cream and wanted to go play gunbound, but the lan shop didn't have it. we sat down to chat instead. started getting really hyped up about our genting trip in june. this is the first time i'm going on a holiday with a friend and not family!

thurs after wrk, met jane and headed down to golden mile complex to make payment for our trip. $230.50 each for 2N in genting and 1N in KL. very resonable eh! and it's during my june hols too which is considered peak period.
slacked at her place, she got me started on WWE. hahahha can't believe i actually watched it! i used to watch it when it was WWF, every sat after american gladiators.

fri we went to watch the musical: we will rock you. it was funny, their singing was great and the story was nice! i was laughing at how they started to sing 'i want to break free'! was almost disappointed that they didn't sing bohemian rasphody coz it seemed like it ended. but they did!!! they can really sing v well! we will rock you was good too, wanted to hear i was born to love you, but they didn't sing that. it's v v v v good! i love watching musicals!

sat was spent at the airport with jane and bryan, waited for val to land. so happy to see her again! went for supper, stayed out till 2 plus, then i came home.

sun, headed to town, went into coach and i'm thankful i didn't see anything that i wanted to get very much. next on my list when my aunt goes to US would prob be another wristlet, a K charm, a ponytail scarf and maybe a bag. HA HA HA. was a very good girl and didn't buy anything.

went to thomson plaza yest and i saw a book fair going on. all 2nd books at cheap prices!!!

17 books but 27 stories in all coz of the 3 in 1 ones.
i really regret giving away those that i used to have. esp all my famous five and secret seven ones! saw nancy drew books, but prefer the hardy boys so i didn't get any

another weekly update.

totally had no afternoon nap this week!!! i am suffering from a lack of slp. hahaha my usual 7 plus hours of slp at night isn't enough. actually this week i've been slping around 11 coz i read my book, so it's like only ard 6 hours.

nothing much happened, week went by as usual. mum went to chiangmai so i had the car for the week.

wed i didn't drive to wrk coz i wanted to go to novena square and it was easier to take a train down. going home was easier too. went to change ken's polo tee, ended up at cotton on, buying 2 more pairs of shorts. they were $10 each. coz i liked the one i bought last sat, i decided to get 2 more.


at night, met up with jane. went down to her sister's place, wanted to help her with some stuff, but didn't in the end. her sister's son is damn cute! very pretty handsome boy. ended up at newton circus for something to eat, then i came home. it was quite late by the time i got home!!!!

fri i went for a makeup lesson at the make up store. $70 for a 50 min private session. was $100, but i had the simplyher coupon, so it was only $70. fully redeemable for products. the MUA tried on a smokey look on me, using silver and black. but i looked werid! stuck to browns in the end, haha. wasn't too bad, our session lasted almost 1 and a half hours instead of 50 mins, and i ended up with this.

i love my canon!

after that we went down to vivo city coz jane wanted to buy her laptop. she was crazy! carrying one laptop in her bag, and another in her hands. i helped her carry her newly bought one parts of the way. while waiting for the guy to configure her com, the 2 of us were entertaining ourselves. played hangman, talking and laughing abt stuff only the 2 of us would understand, it's been like this since the beginning of time! hahaha she val and i would be in our own little world. we actually sat there for more than half an hour!

played cooking mama 2 with jane while waiting for sid to call her. she wanted to go say hi, and i've not seen him in more than a year. saw a cat who was stuffing it's head into a plastic bag to get some food out, then got it's head stuck. it was funny! but i felt so sorry for the cat, i went to help it out, but i was afraid it would claw me, so i was like trying to get the bag away from it. but before i could do it, it managed to free itself.

headed down to st james powerhouse to meet them. saw a few other people whom i've heard of before but couldn't remember their faces. it was supposed to be a hi and bye thing, but we ended up sitting there for almost 2 hours.


forgot to add some very unglam pics taken at tanjong rhu a while back when i went with jane. i took 120 plus pics in an hour. lots of jumping shots, but these are of me only. there were so many more. hahahahha we laughed damn hard while doing all these coz we had to stop everytime people had to walk pass. and there were quite a few people who were looking at us, but we wanted to take the pics, so we didn't bother

went to novena square last night for dinner and to walk around. have been looking for a pair of below knee length denim berms for the longest time and i finally found a pair!
i have given up on buying bottoms that fit me just nice hoping that they'll expand. these are comfy, and sooo soft!


a pair of shorts from cotton on too. i think i'm going back to get another colour


and in the noon i met jane at amk, we went to hunt for smthing for her ds lite. i ended up buying the first 8 boxes of inuyasha!



and the kids just came over! to celebrate wen and francis' bdays. took many pics and vids

wow, i know i haven't updated in a week but i've been busy! i shall attempt to remember what i did the past week.

sun: the cousins came over for dinner to celebrate pak pak's birthday. there was a lot of food!! i helped mum wrap the wanton, and we had fried wanton with mayo as a snack before whacking the rest of the food. there was braised duck with egg, egg tang hoon soup, otah, honey glazed spare ribs, honey glazed chicken wings, chap chye and i think there was 1 or 2 more which i missed out. those are the few i remembered.

mon: skipped tennis coz ken was feeling lazy, so i used that time to finish watching My Girl. i really love that show! that guy is just SUPER cute...

tues: the usual, work and cardiomix later. jane met me at yck to pay for her new class. she wanted to join me for my weekly exercises and i managed to ask them to squeeze her in. our tues class is always PACKED!

wed: wasn't supposed to go out, wanted to start on a new korean drama, then stupid jane asked if i wanted to go play gunbound. initially i didn't, then she kept saying go laaaa go laaaa, so we met at amk. BUT HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA that lan shop in amk did not have gb! LOL wasted trip. we ended up walking around, scouting for smthing for her ds lite. everyday after wrk for the past week, i've been seeing the ad for the canon ixus 80 is at the bus stop and i want to buy that cam. so i dragged jane to check out the cam with me. omg, it's pure love ok! and coz of me, now jane wants to get that cam too!

price quoted if we get 2 was $399 each instead of $429. comes with 4 gb sd card which we have to go down to harbourfront to collect. the pink was damn nice, but i liked the brown and gold one as well, and would have to wait till mid mth before we get to see the real thing. we decided to wait even though i wanted the cam v badly!


thurs: line dancing after wrk, then off to jane's house for a few hours. was the first time we played 2p with our ds lite. i'm s happy to find another ds lite friend other than my mum. it's impossible asking my mum to play 2p coz half the time she'll be asking me what to do, and the other half she'll be frantically trying to do what i told her. went to rivervale mall for a walk and to get some stuff, then back to her place for a while, then i took a bus back. reached home at 9.30, just in time to shower and slp.

fri: OMG THIS IS MY FRUITFUL DAY! HAHAHAHAHHA! went for facial after work, then cane home to shower. met up with jane in town. headed to best denki coz jane said she needed the cam and couldn't wait till mid mth, coz she just sold hers. so we went to take a look and see if we could get a good deal. well, we were given 4gb + 2gb sd cards, a card reader, a canon digital camera kit and a screen protector, but price was still $429. she bought hers first, then we went to have dinner at swensens. i initially wanted to wait to get mine, but i couldn't take it when jane whipped hers out and started snapping away, so after dinner we went back and i bought mine.

prob one of the last pics taken with my olympus. which by the way has been with me even before i was 21! so if i'm not wrong, it's 5 years old!


i've been wanting to get a new cam when mum bought her lumix, then waited till we went to japan, but canon had ugly models. wanted a sony, but wasn't too keen on it other than the design, fuji one coz of the design but they say canon is still better. so i've been waiting and waiting and my patience paid off! I HAVE A NEW CAM!!!

i love the functions of the cam! you can choose the my colours mode and snap pics showing only 1 colour. then there's a colour swap thing where i made my red tee appear yellow! and the marco shots are damn clear!







read v good reviews about this loose powder. Superb Oil control! according to reviews. bought a tub to try. it's freaking HUGE! 170g! the loose powder i'm using now is only 13g. hahahahah
