i just had my long overdue haircut! been wanting to have one in a damn long time but didn't coz i have this phobia of getting my hair cut. anyway, mum went to get her hair permed so i tagged along. highlighted my hair. it's not obvious, you can see hints of colour here and there, and the colour's really nice. or rather, it's a colour that i really like!

last dye job, erm... somewhere in march 2006? last hair cut, can't remember. ok went to dig old entries, and it was in sept 2006. rebonded hair, jan 2007

don't think i'm gonna do anything more to my hair for a while. heh. i am so anal about my hair! but thank goodness this lady always does a good job with mine, so i'm satisfied.

skipped cardiomix today coz accompanied mum. her perm took almost 3 hrs to complete. had pig's liver soup with kangkong.

i get to drive to work tmr coz mum's off to batam for the day! YAY!

had such a wonderful dinner last night!
got mum to take this pic of me while waiting for her turn to bowl. at yishun safra. wanted to see if the weight i've put on is obvious in pictures. guess it isn't that obvious in this pic.

can tell that i was dressed damn nua. i was gonna eat hum and get messy for goodness sake! hahha


collected my black balenciaga bag already. it's damn nice and i like it lots! i used it on the spot! LOL
my parting's gone all haywired after perspiring from the long journey to collect my bag and to get dinner for later i decided to plait my hiar and wear a cap. this way no one can see how horrible the hair is until after i shower. hohoho

going to grandma's first then to compasspoint with the usual people. need to go to the lib to borrow books to read. finishing with harry potter soon.

went swimming at yck swimming complex after kickboxing, and while i was lazing in the water tanning, i was observing this swimming coach and his students. he was so authoritative! he was scolding them, pulling them by their legs while they were swimming pass him just coz the strokes weren't right, pulling/flicking their ears, knocking their heads, more shouting and threatening... he was downright horrible! i couldn't stand watching teach the kids...

collected it!!

it's damn nice! tried it on and it looks really nice on my tanned skin. have to be very light handed with this if not it'll be too much. it's a very pigmented blusher! love it loads!

went swimming, did half an hr of laps then tanned for a while. started to get really cloudy, it looks like it's gonna rain anytime soon!

great news is the Cathay at amk hub is open! i popped by to take a look. can't wait to catch a movie there! it's so much nearer! less than 5 mins away from my place. heh! going to have 'hum', bbq stingray and more seafood for dinner! can't wait. then accompany mum for bowling again. one last time before i go back to wrk again. once i start wrk, i won't be going with her so often.

off to nua for it's my last weekday of the holiday! BOO HOOO!

did window shopping instead of really shopping. didn't find anything to buy. was so hungry that i whacked my ban mian! i love ban mian laaaa!

on my way back, i encountered this idiotic lady. train was already packed, i was holding onto the pole and she came in, immediately started to lean on it! walao i tried to discreetly poke her with my finger coz she was leaning on my hand, but NO REACTION! kaoz FAT BACK! nvm, at the next stop, 2 ladies came in, wanted to hold onto the pole, but lady with FAT BACK was still leaning on it, talking to her friends, also oblivious to my finger poking her occasionally. i couldn't take it anymore i tapped her on her back and asked her to stop leaning coz there are people who want to hold onto the pole. thank goodness she was o...k... enough to stop. goshhhh... i hate people like that.

went to work today and managed to finish up all my work. means i dun have to go in tmr! yay, an extra day of holiday for me! hopefully skies are clear so i can go swimming! my CARGO blush is sitting at the PO, waiting for me to collect it coz i missed Mr. postman when he came today. collecting it tmr! yayness!

ordered my FANCL mild cleansing oil at 20% off, collecting it next wed. i swear by it man for those who use makeup. this is the best makeup remover i've used!

getting this bikini too. after getting opinion of 2 people, decided on the yellow one, and blue as a backup just in case the yellow goes out of stock.

hopefully i'll be getting this colour, if not it'll be....

i need another bikini coz i'm wearing the 2 that i have now rather often. rotating between the pink and green, and i dun want them to spoil coz i like them too much, esp the green one! so 1 more to lessen the load on it. LOL

went to mustafa with mum and her friends yest, i came back with lots of nonsense, a big bag of choc, and a nike sports bra! my old sports bras are getting too loose, and i've been wanting to get one for ages. thanks mum coz she sponsored it! heh

finally the skies cleared up today! i went swimming and came back with a nice colour. there was this man who couldn't stop staring at me while i was swimming my laps. everytime he went under, he would turn his head and look at me. wtf man... if i could i'd have shoved 10000 pictures of bikini/underwear clad gals in his face!

swam 20 laps. timing was good! guess my speed and stamina has improved.

went down to town coz i couldn't stop thinking of the pair of sandals that i saw with cara last wed. didn't get it then coz firstly, i couldn't decide between the red and the white. secondly, i didn't want it to be an impulse buy. so after a week, and seeing more of them in Simply Her mag, i finally decided to get it in white!

skipping cardiomix today coz mum asked me to go with her and her friends for dinner at little india, then to accompany her when she goes bowl with them. so i'll be spending time with harry potter. heh, took out the order of the pheonix to read again.

tennis today is cancelled. i'm recovering, jerz's heading off to uncle victor's hse, jamie won't play alone i'm sure, hahaha so no tennis.

i might head down to town to get my mac tendertone. i really love love it. was thinking of getting another 2 more e/s from this gal, but decided not to. i've got shades very similar to the ones i want to get.

weather's been pretty much the same for the last 4 days, really cloudly and looks like it's gonna rain. while i'm unable to go swim and get a tan, this is nice change. it isn't hot for once, and i am able to slp all i want coz there's no work! hahaha. talking abt work, i have to go back on wed, thurs and fri. i am gonna being my laptop there, so i can have music and not be bored to tears.

finally finished watching the whole of Slam Dunk. moving on to Smallville. all 6 seasons. missing season 5, waiting for wen to find it. was up at 2.30am. couldn't get to slp so i started on it. first 4 epis before i finally fell aslp again.

and shit laaaaa... this morning i woke up, weighed 59kg. i have not hit 59kg in like a long time! even when i came back from bkk, i was like 58.5kg. and i'm like eating a huge bowl of wanton mee as i'm typing this out. how to lose! i wanna go back to being between 56-57kg. shucks!

diet starts erm, mon? wahahahahaha

i had a super dinner yest!
actually the whole of yest i was eating nonstop. headed down to toa payoh to get the stuff for my face. was running out. then headed to j8 to check out my shorts. didn't get it in the end. saved money! bought tickets for fantastic 4 then headed home and took a nap.

went for line dancing with ji mm, couldn't stop thinking of the dinner after! wahahah, glutton...! had dinner at jumbo seafood. saw jason there! said hi to his mum, walao if only i knew he was going to be there, i'd have brought the tee i bought for him frm bkk...

for dinner we had chilli crab, deep fried man tou, fried rice with salted fish, mee goreng, stuffed you tiao, sambal kangkong, tou miao with scallop, black pepper beef, fried tofu, and mango pudding.

i was STUFFED!!!!!!!! walao like damn full la!

after dinner we headed to j8 to watch the show. it was damn nice! ohhhh jamie and i were wearing the same tee. LOL. we were t-shirt buddies. on sun we were wearing the same necklace. lollol. great minds think alike! well back to the show. i never thought jessica alba could look bad, ever! but in the show, there were a few scenes that she looked funny. not her usual hot self!

town today and though i wasn't expecting to buy anything, i came home with this

and a pouch which i'm gonna use for makeup from fila
i do not like the brand fila but i love this colour!


and after being damn slack in my dressing everywhere cept church, i decided to wear smthing nicer, and apply makeup. wore the belt for the first time since buying it from bkk


see how much weight i've put on! esp on my tummy and thighs... need to do more exercise and eat a lil less. it's scary knowing how much i eat in a day!

waiting for this to arrive!


initially wanted to go back to sch to get some work done, just in case i can't finish them next week. but then i got lazy and i went swimming instead. wore my VS bikini out after such a long time, i've been neglecting it coz i very much prefer my army green one.

bought wanton mee to eat, and sausage buns. it was such a heavy lunch and i'd only swam 10 laps! nuaed then went down to town to meet cara. walked ard, nothing much at f21, in fact, nothing at all! mng had nothing too. some makeup from MAC caught my eye but no, i have more than enough makeup for now. went to fox and a pair of shorts caught my eye! it was $23, but buy 2 at $19 and additional 15% off for dbs card holders. hahahah it was only $16.15! cara bought 2, i wanted to get 2 as well but the stitching of the other design wasn't well done. i might go down to bishan to get it today. damn nice ehhh the shorts! plus it's board shorts material, just the kind that i like!



was so happy! then i saw and tried on a bikini from fox as well. omg, in love with it but it's not v cheap... sian... hopefully i don't get tempted today and end up getting it...

topshop had nothing, cept for the red and yellow skinny jeans. i'm in my yellow phase now.. anything yellow just calls out my name! but i dare not wear such yellow jeans. it's the same yellow as my watch! the red is nice but again, red jeans, not for the moment. so kim was good and spent only $16.15.

had my hair braided last week, but was too lazy to upload pics. remember once upon a time, when i was in pri 5, when my hair was short enough for me to do it myself. now i've gotta pay to get it done. absolutely do not have the patience to do it myself now since my hair's so long.



kk off to nua for a while, then there's line dancing today, plus dinner at jumbo seafood, my uncle asked mum and i along. crabs! then prob watch f4 after dinner.

1 more week of holidays left... SUCKS!

haan asked me out for coffee yest ard 6 while i was at the lib and running errands for mum. went home, nuaed a bit then took the car to meet him. dropped a bomb on me when he suggested driving to town to meet mel. i was like siao ah!!! i get butterflies in my stomach just thinking of driving there and there he was asking me to do so. hahha but in the end i went la.

got him and his friend jonathan, who happened to be auntie daisy's nephew, we used to play together when we were young. but again, i do not remember him even though he knows and remembers me. hahha he's mel's camp mate. ended up at gardens, chilling at happy daze. at first it was just the 4 of us, then 3 more guys came down to join us. chilled out till 12 plus before heading home.

it was a powerpacked day! why? coz i went for kickboxing in the morning with jan, then went to her hse to play tennis immediately after, then we went swimming!

did the same today, after church and lunch, which by the way, i ate like i haven't eaten in ages, hahahaha, we went to swim. then she and jerz played tennis while i was too lazy to. nuaed till now

just got the bkk pics frm her. will upload them soon.

mal called when i was at their place, he was with haan at gardens again, but i wanted to watch shrek2 so ya. going over to jan's hse again tmr. tennis in the morning, then swimming! i'm getting a nice colour, not so pale and pasty anymore. my tummy's not so fair either coz it's seeing much more of the sun now that it's not covered. hahahha
i hate being fair!

the whole trip went well!
it started a lil funny though.
here's why

gate was gonna open so we went there to wait. while waiting to get in, the guy asked if we were in the queue. then we had to go thru security checks. as i was wearing my superman tee, that guy was like "hi supergirl!" being kim, i did my erm... ok... smile and said hi back. then he said the funniest thing. he walked thru and the sensors went off. he said "oh! i beeped!". when jan, jamie and i heard that, we couldn't stop laughing. walked away and he was like don't leave me supergirl
..............

went to sit with mum while jan and jamie used the coms there. then walao ehhh he came and sat next to me. btw this guy is very tall. the security guard had to tiptoe and raise his arms just to check him. so we started talking. or rather, i was trying to do my sudoku but he just kept talking to me. started asking mum if he could ask me out. faint... lol but he was quite funny la! he's a freaking 2.1m tall! and his feet size... omg.. he wears size 48 for birks! and i'm only a 37!

anyway, we reached bkk safely! the hotel room was WONDERFUL!!
