i absolutely love my new gaget! i am totally hooked to cooking mama, diner dash and chocobo tales. so far these are the few games i play super often. when i reach work early in the morning, when i get back from work, before i slp. when i had to wait for my aunt, i went to the lib and sat there and played!

the only thing i don't like is the stupid pink crystal casing they gave me. like wth man, when i saw it i was like, ehh how come it's pink? i wanted the clear one but they ran out of it. coz my console is coloured, it would defeat the purpose to get an opaque one, SO i had to settle for that eeky pink one. BAH

had my k2's grad concert on sat. it went so well! i was so proud of my kids. i was relieved that it was over, my kids were even more relieved! some of them were telling me they were very nervous before they went on stage. hahahah

well anyway, nothing much to update about. i'm much too busy playing my games, watching friends, reading and slping to do anything else.

got myself the red/black ds lite!

heh, it's kinda like a belated bday present! coz i used the money i got for my bday to buy it.

bought it at funzcentre at amk hub. that place is very good, they have good CS plus it's a 5 mins walk away from home! went in to ask about the prices on mon after work, for both my ds lite and mum's psp slim. was supposed to get it only on thurs together with mum but yest she told me she's gonna be busy. i couldn't wait to get it so mum told me to go get mine first.

got it at abt 3 plus, came home and played with it till the batt died before charging it. almost 4 hours straight! my new toy!

my grey sweater tunic arrived, i like it a lot but it's quite pokey inside. i do hope i can take it coz i want to bring it to japan this dec. it's gonna be cold there. so i'm scouting for a nice winter jacket plus nice l/s tops.

i've been reading up on the psp slim coz mum's thinking of getting one. and while doing so i read a lot about the ds lite. and now i want one!!!! i think i might be getting one for myself. i like the red/black one. but not sure if there's stock for that. if i can't get my hands on that, i'd prob settle on the white or green(i saw a pic of it somewhere, not sure if they sell it here) or pink!

recieved my DD masks, and now i'm having the Citronnella one on my face and happily watching friends.

had lunch at SICC and came home to nua

it has been a LONG day for me!

after kickboxing, i went down to amk central to change my kids' shorts. then went to POSB on the way back to get a new bankbook. old one's finishing. walked home, showered, walked ard the house, watched an episode of friends, then i left the house again.

went down to cityhall coz i wanted to buy more coloured skinnies, but the colours and the cutting weren't to my liking, so i ended up going back home. then i remembered that my principal asked me to get go down to aussino to get bath towel to give as gifts to the MV and VIP for our concert.

got off at bishan, went to the library and borrowed a book first, then went to get the bath towels. back home! was gonna rest, enjoy my book and then maybe take a nap when i saw jamie online and she said that they were going down to town. jan, jamie and ji mm and asked me to join them. i actually agreed readily but when i lay down on my bed, i kinda changed my mind. called jan to tell her i wasn't going with them then found out that topshop and warehouse were having sales. ok laaaaaaa i went!

took the train again for like the 6th time today and went down. my aunt was so looking forward to shopping that she walked ahead of us. anyway i managed to find a damn nice top which jan and grace have and i liked so much the last time they bought it.


it was $89 but going at 70% off so i only paid $26!
hahah on top of that, ji mm used her amex card and got 10% off $26. she didn't want to take the money from me but i'm gonna pass it to her anyway tmr at church. the top is so soft and the colours are lovely plus i love the pockets! ok i love this top. and it's my first girly top in quite a long time!

was up like ard 5 and couldn't go back to slp so i started shopping

more tees
i just did a count, i have like 45 tees not counting my gio basics and polos and nice girly tops. just plain graphic/slogan tees. 45 of them! and soon gonna hit 50 coz of what i've just bought

i've been lusting after this tee for a damn long time! hope it doesn't go OOS. even though i don't mind getting my alternate choice, but i really like this tee!

yest after work i went to F21 coz i saw and tried on a top from there on wed and couldn't stop thinking of it. regretted not getting it on wed. i was hoping that there were still some left coz stuff sat F21 sells fast! well, it was there and i had a hard time deciding between the colours!
finally settled on this


my kids put up a mini puppet show yest and it was so fun. esp for my morning session coz they really did it well!
i can see both sessions are enjoying this Mr. Men and Little Miss theme this term. they've been bringing the books for me to read to them, and so far, i think i've read more than 50 of the books to them! i still have more with me coz i can't read so many at once. by the end of it all, i'd prob have read 60 plus - 70 books to them in less than 10 weeks! it's only week 6 now! they keep bugging me to read to them but sometimes i really just have no time. we're damn busy preparing for the grad concert on top of the work we have to complete. it's a mad rush for me and them everyday!
next up, they are gonna create their own storybooks, it will take some time but after the concert next sat, we'll be pretty free! YAY to that! i'm freaking gonna miss them when they leave for P1...

and despite telling myself that i've got waaaaaay too many tees, i couldn't resist. if the deal goes through that is. if not i won't be getting them

spent the night at the cousins, we shared my uncle's super king sized bed, imagine, 3 of us slping on the bed without having to squeeze! it is a damn huge bed. so huge they had prob getting it into the house. hahahah. we borrowed vcds to watch. i finally caught Ocean's thirteen and Stomp the yard. they were both damn good shows! i loved the last part of stomp the yard! borrowed the number 23 too and that show SUCKED big time! i fell aslp so many times during the show! it was just so boring! so many times just when we thought it was gonna get interesting, it just got more boring... horrible show...

had prata for dinner, ate biscuits, ice cream, chips, choc, plus more snacks... i'm so heavy now!!!!!!

gonna spend the rest of the day at home, borrowed The Godfather from jan to read again. don't think the lib's open today coz it's a public holiday

woke up and my right eye was teary itchy painful swollen and red, but i still went to work coz i thought it would be ok. by ard 8, it was still the same so my principal asked me to go see a doc. so i'm on MC for a day. doc says it's too early to tell if it's sore eyes or just eye irritation. i do hope it's the latter coz i can't afford to miss work. i have too much things to cover with my kids!

here i am, at home, getting tempted by online shopping but not indulging in any.

exercise today was great! it felt great to sweat it out! mum's leaving tmr for a spa trip at bintan, so i'm home alone, thank gdness ken will be home for a while if not i'll be damn lonely!

can't think of anymore to update. but i've gotta stop buying stuff! this mth i'm alreay damn broke... no more masks for me! i've only got 1 face and 20 masks waiting for me

hahah went to work a little later than usual coz i was engaging in online shopping. i recently bought the green tea diet gel cap from someone in yahoo auctions and i feel that it's been working for me. ok fine i haven't lost any weight, but my energy level has gone up, and i feel good. so i ordered one more box! hahaha, it's selling at guardian for like almost $50, and that's like daylight robbery!

really good reviews on this too. so i'm gonna try this out and compare with the jergens one and see which is better

had a great game of tennis with the cousins, dinner at their place was GOOD as usual. so good that i always end up overeating. sucks. missed exercise the whole of last week coz i was sick, so it felt good to exercise again. better go for cardiomix tmr

staying over at their place this friday. we were discussing during tennis today that we might make it a pj party. rent vcds and buy ice cream. omg i'm so looking forward to it!

the things i've been buying this month are not clothing but erm, body stuff. hahaha, what a change. still hoping to find clothing that calls out to me coz i feel like i've got nothing to wear even though i have a cupboard full of clothes...

i went to watch i now pronounce you chuck and larry last night. i didn't even know about this show until jan asked if i wanted to watch it and said it was v funny. and it was! SUPER! i laughed damn hard. it was just so damn funny laaaa. omg!

before the movie, jan and i went shopping in town. or rather, she went shopping. she bought so much! i bought only a bottle of super dark blue almost black nail polish. wanted to get a bikini top but decided not to. had sakae for dinner and jamie joined us. dinner was so good coz i haven't eaten at sakae for like the longest time!

bought some masks online to try


$1.20 each, so i bought 10. hope i don't get lazy to use them.

i want to get clothes! but i'm in a funny phase now. i don't wanna wear girly clothes, and i have way too many tees so i can't buy anymore (for the time being, don't know how long it will last though). so i'm stuck. nothing catches my eye. ughhhhh

all my time now is spent reading my books and watching friends. FRIENDS rock!

getting the following lipbalms to try (i can't resist the wonderful scents!), more than halfway thru with my fruit cocktail, almost finished my peach mango (i think that's it coz i tore out the label) and sitll have an unused pineapple mango

Pancakes & Syrup - Yummy buttery pancakes topped with Maple Syrup!
(gonna give this to mum if it smells really like it. think she might like it)

Cucumber Melon - What else but cucumbers & melons mixed together to make this popular scent!

Gummy Bear - Just like the little gummy candies. Fruity and sweet!

don't they just sound yummy!

i was awake from 2am all the way till past 6am. went to the hub to run errands coz pay day was here. need to put money into POSB, take money out for mum and all my classes. bought lunch back for ken. still sick so i couldn't go for tennis, took a long nap, ate a lot of chocs, updated my LJ profile.

gonna continue with friends. i think it's the best show ever produced!
